"We had a fantastic 4 days at this resort. Everything was spectacular. From taking the little boat to dinner, to the gorgeous view from our room and balcony, to the people who were so kind and helpful to us, I can't say enough. I think the best part is that you are out of the hustle of the main beach area and in a serene and quiet backwater area. It's just a short ride to the beach shops and restaurants though. Also, be sure to take advantage of the Ayurvedic treatments and massage. It's like...

"Below expectations! Disappointing. Renu down property. The cottages were not very well kept. Lot of wear and tear - broken cloth hangers, broken kettle, leaking wash basin etc. silver lining - the ala carte meals were tasty though not much selection in the menu. Buffet was bad! Quite inside from the main area. So no choice except to manage within the property only. However, transport desk efficient. Cabs reasonable. Didn’t take pics. "

"We were very disappointed with many things... firstly the hotel needs to work on its maintenance part. The bathroom showers were broken n tap nozzles were too tight n clogged pores... could not take shower the first day. Then we complained they repaired it. The staff was sooo undertrained and raw.. And i feel they should atleast be aware of the hotel little basic know how... whm we were asking the staff about the property.. they gave us a blank look.. seemed very clueless The lady staff...

"It was off season and there was some annual maintenance going on - it has to happen sometime - but the hotel manager and staff had made every effort to minimize this and to more than compensate. If you wanted a fully equipped gym you might have been disappointed but if you wanted to stay in a simply beautiful property - and we were delighted in all respects from room, food, amenities, activities, and location this place is it. But what makes this property special is quite the most genuinely...

"This is the Only fantastic property within 100m of the waterfalls... Very calm and beautiful waterfalls view.. Inhouse swimming pool also clean and neat... Self parking is good... "
