"Very pleasant stay. This was the second over the years. Helpful staff. Very nice room with balcony. The only inconvenience is that hotel is about 1.5 km from city centre but it is convenient for travellers having private transport (car). Taxi is typically expensive from the railway station (ranging between 23 to 30 Euro."

"Excellent hotel with staff who were very friendly, helpful and great with languages. Great pool with loungers and cafe area adjoining with lush gardens. 8 minutes from Lucca walls and quiet area. Lovely reception area good for relaxing. Bikes available in hotel for hire are perfect for Lucca exploring."

"It was very useful having such extensive and free parking. Every member of staff that we dealt with was polite, helpful and could not have done more to make our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was better than many other hotels I have stayed in. All areas where f the hotel were clean and well maintained. The car park needs a bit of upgrading. We only stayed one night prior to flying out of Pisa, but the staff helped us store luggage before check in, recommended lunch, arranged an early airport shuttle, and provided breakfast items we could eat prior to their regular service at 8:30am. Super helpful! The wifi was inadequate in our room, which made online check-in for flights infeasible. We noticed the next morning that their main lobby had a strong signal. Good AC."
