Great stay. Metro and tram right outside with direct link to centre

Xx

Outstandingly warm welcome. Friendly staff took time to listen to our questions and give us helpful advice. Quiet location within easy walking distance of Prague Castle, Loreta and Petrin Tower . Tram 22 from the nearby square, runs near the Charles Bridge and takes you over the river (seemed to run every few minutes and was extremely cheap!).

Perfect location! So close to Charles Bridge but away from the crowds. Easy walking distance to all locations, so we did not bother with transport but was on the door step. Hotel staff very pleasant especially the receptionist who seemed to be there full time! Breakfast was great, with a good choice and great coffee. The afternoon soup etc was a bonus. If we were to visit Prague again we would definitely stay here again.

Great room, very quiet and clean. Very large selection of breakfast items, staff were very kind indeed.

Highlight of the hotel.. Located on a tram station... Excellent room.. Very clean spacius.. Top notch.. Will definately use it again

Really enjoyed our stay here!! Such a lovely hotel with great staff!! Close to the centre and transport links.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. Amazing cocktails and bar staff

Art Nouveau elegance and comfort. Staff were always friendly and attentive. We would recommend this hotel for style, comfort and location

Conveniently situated close to the city and near the Metro

Booked a river view room and it definitely did not disappoint! Check in was super easy and breakfast was lovely every day we were there. We did not get to use the pool during our stay but it looked amazing! They had a designated information desk at reception, if you had any questions about the local area which I thought was great! Lastly, the location of the hotel is perfect! About a 15/20 minute walk to the city centre.

We were attracted by the consistently good reviews, and the prices seeming a little lower than equivalent hotels in the middle of the Old Town (Essence is south-east of the Powder Tower, so I guess it counts as Nové Město?). The reviews are fully deserved – it's a really lovely hotel. It might not have the "kerb appeal" of some of the big-name Old Town hotels (pretty anonymous building, hemmed in by offices and shops) but they've made such good use of the space. Spotlessly clean, comfortable,...

Perfect hotel in a perfect location, all kinds of transport, shops and restaurants available in the vicinity. Incredibly easy access to the city and old town area

One of the best hotels weve stayed in very surprised with everything. The location was perfect for the sight seeing

The apartment very close to the central Staff was kind and helpful, Every day cleaning and change bedsheets. Balcony was small but on the top floor we got ability to visit roof terrace where could see the beautiful view of Prague . (A spacial in the night ) Disadvantage was a shops or restaurants In the road wasn’t much of it . The close supermarket was 2km further from the apartment

The staff were just brilliant, ever so helpful. The hotel is very well located to access everything in Prague

Great hotel, well-located near the city centre, spacious room, and very good breakfast.

It's a great place to stay!

Simply Excellent in every way possible. Exactly what we were looking for with this hotel and it didn't disappoint. Full of charm and art deco character, it felt like stepping back in time to when hotels were grand and oppulent, but with full modern convenience and luxury. Perfectly positioned for a short walk to the old town and everything else you could need. Surrounded by restaurants and bakeries. Restaurant at the Imperial was a favourite, so much so we ate there twice. Would highly recommend...

Hotel is 10 min walk from Wencelas Square and National Museum. Trams 22 & 23 take you across river and to Castle and tram stop I.P.Pavlova is 5 mins from hotel. We stayed in old part of hotel and room was huge with bedroom & seperate sitting room. Excellent maid service every day and nice little touches in bathroom like shampoo, shower gel. Kettle in room, hairdryer in bathroom. Breakfast was simple but good continental choice breads, jams, cold meat and cheeses. Also eggs and sausages. ...
