"The room was dirty, especially the bed - it had dirty sheets with hair and black spots, gross. When I complained to the front desk (btw, the room phone wasn’t working and I to use my cell phone from the room to call front desk, unbelievable) - the front desk person told me that there are no cleaning staff, and if I wanted clean sheets, I have to go down to the lobby to get them. I have never had this kind of a bad experience at any of the Hilton properties before - the overall experience was bad...
