"My sister and I stayed in this hotel in January 2026. The hotel was big and clean. However, the room was outdated, there were not enough outlets in the room, the shower door only went halfway and caused a mess whenever I took a shower. This is the first time I’ve stayed at a hotel where I had to pay to use the pool even though I was a guest at the hotel. The staff at the front desk and restaurants were nice."

"The Spa is only available at extra (high) cost. The bar was expensive and the bar staff unhelpful at times. Location was quite good. Rooms comfortable although there was no plug where the kettle was located and it had a very short lead. No cups or glasses in the room and the minibar was not functional.All in all I didn't feel like it warranted four stars."

Only bad experience was with the wheelchair that we needed to borrow as one of party members had a health issue come up during our 4 night stay.While the hotel had a wheelchair to use they didn’t have the footrests that go to the wheelchair. Using the wheelchair over cobblestone streets having to hold your feet up off the ground the whole time was physically trying for a 78 year...
