"It was a very clean and safe feeling hotel. I didn’t like that a big truck parked along the handicap parking so no one could get in nor out. Luckily I did find parking close enough. The lady that checked me in was super quiet and took a personal call on the work phone and put me on hold while talking. However the front desk agent in the morning was wonderful and the breakfast was amazing! My kids especially enjoyed the waffle bar."

"Throughout the years, I have stayed at multiple hotels while visiting St. Louis. I will ONLY stay at this hotel. Of course there are well maintained properties in downtown STL, but LIVE by Loews goes over the top. This hotel has too many good qualities for me to mention, but the main draw, for me, is the location in regards to Busch Stadium. It is literally 60 yards from our gate. "The staff (Nina checked us in and was awesome) was great. Helpful, friendly and informative. The hotel itself is super cute with a ton of out of this world decor all keeping to the theme of the moon. Our room was spacious and clean. The roof top is huge with a bar and restaurant on one side and then just an outdoor lounge area on the other side. Highly recommend staying here"
