"I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The information and photos shown online were very misleading. The location appeared to be in a good area, but in reality it felt unsafe, and it was not comfortable to walk outside. The elevator was not working, which was a major inconvenience. The bathroom had a strong damp smell, and there was visible mold in the corners. The hotel also did not have the advertised fitness room, and there was no breakfast available in the morning. "When I my room, it was filthy. There was riding on the bathroom shower.\n The lady behind the desk told me that there was no rooms available after I told her that I had paid online for it. Then she made me pay. An extra $10 for my friend of which I had already paid for all 3 of us, but she made me pay $10 more.Also , they said there was no visitors allowed. So overall , with the motel in the people that worked there , I am very dissatisfied"

"We enjoyed our stay. I mentioned that we were celebrating a special birthday and they unexpectedly delivered a small birthday cake with plates and utensils. The only complaint is that we left the room without eating the cake (saving it for later) and returned to our room to find that when the staff came in for “ turndown” service they took away the plates and utensils and threw away some things we were planning to use to celebrate. We appreciate a tidy room, but maybe overstepped in this case."
