"I'm eating this five stars, but I do have some specific caveats that won't mean much to many people. The hotel is excellent. It's located between the train station and road where many buses stop, and much of the city of Toulon is walkable from here. My main caveat was about the WiFi. It's fast but restricted in some very specific ways, and a little unreliable in poor weather too. For most people this'll be fine, it's good enough to mitigate the dent in your roaming data. "Hôtel correct mais clairement ne vaut pas le prix et les 3 étoiles. Porte de la chambre aussi fine qu’une feuille de papier, résultat vous avez l’impression que le service ménage discute avec vous dans la chambre dès 6h du matin. On entend également le voisin de chambre qui se retourne dans le lit (ils grincent pas mal). Douche qui s’écoule difficilement (ce n’est pas bouché, c’est juste la pente qui est dans le sens inverse du sens d’écoulement). Lit très dur, et rideau qui laisse tout passer....
