"The hotel looks a bit old from the outside, but once I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and well maintained. It’s clear that the hotel takes good care of the property. The surrounding areas of the hotel were also well kept, and the overall atmosphere was nice and comfortable. During check-in, the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable right away. Most importantly, the price was very reasonable for the quality we received. Overall, it was a great value and a pleasant stay."

"I was fully prepared to leave a one star review after our treatment before the stay. Essentially, we booked the room under the wrong email address, and when we asked if we could just switch it, the GM refused to permit it unless we paid a several hundred dollar fee. This is for something that would cost them literally nothing. It was infuriating and a mind-boggling poor business decision. Any time you can really help your customer with zero effort and zero cost, what kind of business chooses not to to spite them? But that aside, I'm leaving a positive review because the actual people working the front desk of the hotel were so helpful and accommodating of our group, and the lobby and dining area were nice and clean. So my conclusion is really that this place has horrible management but fantastic employees."
