"DONT DO IT! Not sure how this place is getting such good reviews. To start, the pool pictures are catfish pics at best. Much much smaller than it looks online. Water was murky and the pool is tiny. The pics make it look resort style and are very misleading. And i picked this property because of the pool, or at least how it was depicted online.
The rooms are funky. The bathtub we had was used and not clean, had sand in it from previous guests. Yuck. The ceiling fan was caked in dust, very yuck....

"Matthew was an incredible host, he was so helpful with the entire process, from booking to the very end when we had to check out. He showed us some really cool fishing spots, encouraged us to have an amazing time and was just overall so accommodating and friendly. We will definitely be back and book with sea and sand cottages. The cottage was very clean, we loved the decor, and the beds were very comfy and perfect for a family of 4. Overall just a wonderful experience and so close to the beach...
