Traveller's Inn

"Affordable place to stay. Quiet. Older building so don't expect fancy. For me that's not a problem. Didn't really like that the only door you needed your key for was your actual room. Didn't need it for any outside doors or pool. But PEI is a pretty safe place so.."

"Center of the island. The bed was a bit stiff."
Loyalist Country Inn & Conference Centre
10/10 Excellent
"Everything was great! The furniture was outdated but we didn't mind. In general, the whole place has the aura of days gone by, so fussy modernists may complain. My only true complaint was that the curtains were not room darkening. When we arrived, the bathroom was missing hand soap and shampoo, but someone brought them up to us immediately. Great service! Breakfast was fine, similar to a Quality Inn."
Silverwood Motel

"We had an amazing stay. We booked through Expedia which was super easy. The staff were amazing and friendly. We got to stay in the cabin which was really nice. Had the best sleep in a long time, it was central to everything as well which really nice. The kitchenette was adorable and didn’t take long for the air conditioner to cool the whole room down. They had quie a few BBQ’s outside with picnic tables to sit at. The pool was close, we didn’t use it but a lot of families did. Had such an amazing time will definitely be booking again"

"Beds were nice and clean, room was upgraded for free. A vending machine with some juice/water/soda on property would be nice."

"The location is excellent and made it easy to explore PEI. The staff were also very helpful with our late check-in, leaving our key and making the process simple and stress-free. The pool was a real highlight—clean, enjoyable, and surprisingly quiet during our stay. Having a barbecue beside the cottage was also a nice touch. That said, there were a few disappointments. We booked the cottage advertised for up to six people through Hotels.com. As a family of two adults and three young children (ages 10, 8, and 5), we assumed it would comfortably fit us. The sleeping arrangements turned out to be much tighter than expected, and the bed configuration wasn’t clearly communicated during booking. It may have been disclosed later, but it wasn’t obvious when making the reservation. The playground was another mixed experience. It was nice to have one on site, but it was clearly in need of maintenance, with missing swings and broken components. Finally, each cottage has its own barbecue, but there are only a handful of picnic tables shared across the entire property. We ended up carrying one across the grounds just so our family could eat together. Overall, the location and pool were great, but the accommodations and outdoor amenities didn’t quite meet our expectations."
