"Checking was super smooth and Anita was able to check us in. We were on the 5th floor and was lucky to get a corner room. Room set up was really nice, looks really modern and intimate since we were on a stay-cation. Bathroom 8/10 - the bathtub and shower head need a refresher. The tub and the wall paper in there, gave me the ICK. The tub is super outdated and the shower head needs to be stronger and cleaned a bit more. One of the towels were stained, so luckily there were two more to choose from. Loved that the light had a sensor in there when using the bathroom at night. Bedroom 9/10 LOVED the HUGE vanity this location has with the chair provided with it for getting ready. The bed was also comfortable and the the AC was working its magic at night. Breakfast 10/10 the set up of this location is a lot better than the other Embassy locations we've been to. They have the regular breakfast in a different room and then they have a whole other section for the omelet station. Everything from the service to the food, was GREAT! Overall 9/10 Staff was exceptional but I do think that corporate need to upgrade a few things in this location, especially in the area that it is in. Other than that, we definitely make another trip here and hope the staff is still as wonderful as the last."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful however the room and its condition had much to be improved on. The room itself was feet from the elevators and shared a wall with it making noise throughout the day and night. Avoid room 500, 600, etc. The bathroom door was a sliding one but never stayed closed, the shower water was always lukewarm warm and the general condition had much to be desired. Just a tough stay in general."

"I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. When I arrived, I was told that the property was oversold and that my confirmed reservation could not be honored. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of effort to resolve it. No alternative accommodations were offered, no assistance was provided in finding another hotel, and there was little acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. After a long day of travel, being turned away without support is unacceptable. Overbooking may happen, but how a hotel handles it is what matters—and in this case, the response was careless and unprofessional. I would not recommend staying here based on this experience."
