"Stayed for one night. Juanita at front desk was lovely at our check in. She was pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable on all the questions we asked. She even walked us to our room. And helped us with our luggage! Above and beyond. There are 3 restaurants on site but we are dinner and breakfasts at The Loft. The service from Jayden and Jamilla was fantastic. So sweet, so knowledgeable on recommendations and just so professional yet warm. The pool was sparking and clean."

"We had an excellent stay! They were responsive to all of my questions prior to checkin. Upon checkin...we were greeted with a welcome drink and a cool, mint towel. This was so considerate. Everyone on staff was glad to be helpful and make sure our stay was smooth, relaxing and comfortable. We were especially fond of a young woman at the front desk who we interacted with the most. She checked us out and I got emotional for a moment because we just had that special of a stay. The room was cleaned everyday. We had room 5 in the main house. Well appointed with a breathtaking sea view and large balcony. Breakfast was included in our rate and delicious every day.Servers were very nice. The location cannot be beat. Our last full day we didn't even taxi because it was an easy walk to town to shop and an easy walk in the other direction to Princess Margaret Beach. Great restaurants on site and near by. Also there is a gym with every machine i could possibly need!"

Sandals St. Vincent and the Grenadines Adults Only

10/10 Excellent
"Why We Rated Sandals St. Vincent the Way We Did Overall, we had an amazing experience at Sandals St. Vincent and truly enjoyed our stay. The resort itself was beautiful, the service was wonderful, and we had an unforgettable honeymoon. We rated the room 4/5 primarily because the beds were not as comfortable as we had hoped, and we felt that the pillows could have been better. While the room was beautiful and well maintained, the comfort of the bed and pillows made a difference in our overall rating. The food overall was excellent, with several restaurants standing out as favorites. Gatsu Gatsu was one of our absolute favorites, and Buccan was amazing as well. Our Candlelight Dinner was another highlight, with fantastic food and a beautiful experience. We also really enjoyed Parasol, Sora, and Isola. On the other hand, we were less impressed with Butch’s and Scrimshaw. Considering that these are positioned as some of the resort’s higher-end dining options, we expected the food and overall experience to be a little more exceptional. They weren’t bad, but compared with the other restaurants on property, they simply didn’t stand out to us in the same way. Overall, though, we had a wonderful experience at Sandals St. Vincent and would absolutely recommend the resort. The combination of the beautiful property, friendly service, variety of dining options, and overall atmosphere made for an incredible honeymoon."

8/10 Good
"The good: the staff was WONDERFUL (especially the front desk associate Sandrine) . They were genuinely pleasant and friendly, and not just that “I work in hospitality so I have to pretend to be nice” kind of way. The grounds are really nice , especially the restaurant and pool area, and there is easy access to the beach. I only had breakfast at the restaurant but it was really good. The not so great: The rooms could use some a bit of decor upgrading , a bit more thorough cleaning, and consistency in the amenities. I had to get a new room because the AC in my original room did not work (stuff happens) and Sandrine made that process very easy. In my new room things were a bit dusty and there were some dead bugs, and my blanket had an off putting smell that made it unusable (even though it was supposed to be clean). Also the new room was initially missing an iron. Thankfully the staff and the grounds made up for my lackluster room, but hopefully management is able to improve upon that going forward."
