None of them have made a greater effort to make me comfortable than City Heart, admittedly a modest, affordable 16 room place in Warrnambool. The bed was super comfortable, when you turned on the hot water, you got hot water and —— wait for it —— the T.P. was actually soft, almost plush!"

"We stayed one night at Waves Motel and overall had a comfortable stay. The lady at reception was very polite and kindly accommodated our request for a ground-floor room, which we really appreciated. For a motel, the room was surprisingly well equipped, with cutlery and dishes available, making it more convenient than expected. "Recep was very kind to email for confirmation a few days before the stay so that a ground floor room could be assigned, thereby not requiring to climb and carry luggage up the stairs (no lifts). Check in process was smooth, with the recep sharing some recommendations with a map of Warrnambool. Free on-site parking. Has ironing board. Would recommend."
