"The property is a convenient stop in Silverdale, located near a number of neighboring towns. It offers free soup and salad nightly for its guests and has fairly decent happy hour and drink selections. "The basic rooms were clean but small, it worked for what we needed. The staff was kind and welcoming. Breakfast staff was super sweet and so hopeful. The options were great but I wish they had sausage instead of just bacon. And a few other kid friendly cereal options. It was goood quality and yummy though. They didnt have towels in the pool area, and then they did on day 2 but there was only like 5 and then several dirty ones all over the area. Hot tub was nice and relaxing. We love this...

"Bathroom soap, body wash and hair conditioner dispensers did not work properly. Floor in bathroom was not mopped and carpet in room area was not vacuumed. Upon arrival noticed the bedroom had strong cigarette smell and bathroom an overpowering bleach smell. One could not mask the other. Bed frame sat on squares of wood so as to elevate and the ill fitting, ripped dust ruffle from touching the floor. On a positive, the staff was polite, friendly and effective. "The floors in our room were very dirty, we had no towels upon arrival. The large burner on stove did not work. Where you put the garbage the can were overflowing onto the floor. Very dissatisfied."

"As others have stated, the rooms are very dated. Even though it's a non-smoking hotel, my room smelled a cigarette smoke. If you are a light sleeper, make sure you book a room away from the ice machine. The bathrooms were clean and the sheets and towels were fresh."
