"The staff were lovely and very accommodating throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the rooms themselves are quite dated, which was a little disappointing given the price point of $450+ per night. Our room was located directly above a wedding reception, and the noise was very loud until after 11pm. "The staff were very welcoming which was great to experience and we actually felt welcomed. The room was clean which was even more amazing after the previous accommodation we had been in for our little holiday. The bathroom did look a bit run down but we also don't expect the bathroom to look like it had just been renovated, may need a bit of a refresh with the silicone in the shower though but overall a good stay for us and we will definitely be coming back again."

"First off, the reception greeting was good very polite. But ask them something out of the ordinary and you get a blank stare. No comprehension of what you are asking. The manager says things are available to you, but the front desk know nothing about it. Keep in mind that there are new owners now who are doing catch ups in quite a few areas. On the surface everything looks clean spotless and tidy. But behind those washing machines, toilets and dyers are months of dust, powder and assorted...
