Check In - Well….all self service, so below what I would expect, sometimes a friendly welcome etc is nice way to start a trip. Local knowledge of what to go, where to go, what to eat etc… I had issues with opening the lockbox which contained everyones check in and keys… didn’t feel secure.
Room - Can’t fault it, was clean, had lots of space, the bed was comfy, the lounge sagged a bit but was fine. TV was basic but fine.
Shower - large area, disappointingly the water pressure in the shower was bad (not terrible) but not what I like.
Laundry/Kitchen - Had everything you’d need for the trip, was good to have the detergents and basics. Was clean.
Parking/General Access - by far the most frustrating was the key fob for the garage and doors around the place. I reckon i spent 20 minutes of the trip trying to get the damn thing to scan….. probably could have been alleviated with better instructions…. From the reception
Not an issue for me… but if you had accessibility issues there are a lot of stairs! I was on level three am moderately fit but lugging luggage up and down was difficult.
Views - for me, non existent, but a quick walk over the road to the beach was delightful.
Overall, for the purposes i needed (down for a three day event) was all i needed and the price i could not argue! Fine without being amazing!"
