"The host was very pleasant and quite thorough in explaining on the nuances of the property. Other guests were quiet although I was only there the one night while visiting family. The room and other amenities were clean. There are pretty gardens throughout the property as well. Note that there is only the bottom sheet and comforter on the bed and no top sheet, in addition although there are california shutters on the lower part of the window, but the 5 am sun lights the room up in the morning...

"It was a very nice property in a nice quiet neighborhood, it was close (walking distance to restaurants and stores). It was also near the ferry terminal allowing us to be able to get decent rest before our early morning g ferry to Vancouver island."

I received instructions for after hours check-in, which had me assigned to room #1. When I showed up at 11:45pm and attempted to enter my room, it was locked. "We made a last minute booking and were so happy with our choice. Great location, walking distance to explore Mount Pleasant or walk or take the Skytrain to downtown Vancouver. Excellent cooked to order breakfast. Room was clean and quiet, with a great shower. No a/c, but there was a good fan. Will definitely stay again."
