"Possibly the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I didn’t receive the check in instructions, so on arriving had to spend around an hour trying to figure things out. There are no staff at the property and the phone number on their website is incorrect. Room had no bin, no mirror or tea & coffee facilities. This is a basic. No outdoor lighting and slippery broken decking steps is a health and safety hazard. Another guest kept leaving the main door open, and one night I took my dog out in the night to...

"We checked in late & were made to feel inconvenient, the kitchen closed long before we arrived which wasn’t the best welcome after long travel.
We also left a laptop charger & staff were not very solution orientated and didn’t help us find a way to retrieve the forgotten item."

"Easy to find, well signposted. Lovely clean and well decorated room, ours was on the smaller side. Friendly staff and good food in the bar. Country park nearby for a lovely evening walk"

"We had a very comfortable 3 night stay. Our room was quiet and comfortable with all the amenities. The staff was helpful and friendly.The hotel is an easy city bus ride to the city center. Good food and drinks choices."
