Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Paid for early check-in for 11:00 but the door code was not available at 11, called office (took several tries) and they had to correct the time (was in computer for 1pm instead of 11am) and code wasn’t available until about 11:45. That delay resulted in us not being able to actually check in until after 4pm. Everything else was quite good.
