"We stayed at Lanelay Hall on 07 December and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the hall looked beautiful with its festive Christmas decorations, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. "Warm welcome from Rob and Sherrie, lovely chilled atmosphere. Room was lovely, had all you could want. Bed comfortable, slept well. Breakfast was delicious, sausage and bacon was truly tasty. Access via track, very deep holes in a couple of places, but this wouldn’t stop us and would recommend, great location for Welsh Botanic Garden. "

"We were a family of 11 people having Xmas lunch. The food was excellent and as it was a carvery, you could have as much as you wanted. The staff was very attentive without being pushy. The room was excellent, it was very clean, plenty of coffee, tea. The breakfast, lots of choice from cereals to a full English which was cooked to order and it was superb, everything was tasty. It is a fantastic hotel with brilliant staff. "

"Drink options great. Very clean room. Fixtures are worn and dated, but very clean. Room was very spacious and had every thing you need ie tea, coffee, biscuits, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries. If you need disabled room, you will need to ask as there are steps up to the rooms otherwise. Spa facilities are lovely. So clean and organised. Lovely swimming pool.
