"Prior to the appointment I had called to talk with someone about getting a room facing the water. However when I got there the person at the front desk made it seem as though the number I called was incorrect and after showing the number I called, I was told that it was the resort number but sometimes the people on the other side of the phone are not at the property so the information I was given about my room being able to change. The room we had was nice overall but would have been nicer. The location was central to where we needed to go. There was a concierge person (older woman) who gave my partner and me suggestions for M & S for lunch and an appetizer card, which was helpful. Overall, a good stay."

"Overall, the hotel was very clean and had great views. The area had great vibes and restaurants. The highlight of the hotel, like any other hotel, was the housekeeping staff, who were very friendly and helpful. So were the restaurant staff. The front desk staff were not very friendly but did address our questions and concerns. The cons were the hidden fees. On the first day, they told us we had a $25 resort credit to use at the restaurant. However, at checkout, you are hit with a 2-fold hidden fee. Unlike another review that says they charged for water, the water was “free” but probably built into those hidden fees. Room service is basically non-existent. I tried calling the front desk or the restaurant, but I couldn't figure out how the phone worked. So, I tried calling the front desk with my own phone, and no one would pick up. You would need to go to the restaurant during their operating hours to order takeout."
