"While checking in I had to wait 45 mins just to check in because there was no one at the front desk. The first room we were assigned to had German roaches in the room and we had to get moved to the other side of the hotel after being offered to get moved right next door where we literally saw a German roach. I was disappointed in this property."

"A very nice hotel that I’ve never stayed in. I chose it because I could get a room with a kitchenette, which was nice for pre-race pasta. (We were there for a 14 mile trail run that finished at the Sheetz behind the hotel.)However, I am glad that I called ahead to ask about pots and pans and plates because they told me they do not have those in the rooms. "The AC unit in our room was extremely loud. We even considered turning it off for the whole night, but the room became too warm. Every time it turned on, the noise would wake us up. Another issue was the plumbing noise. Whenever someone in the room above or next to us used water, we could hear loud pipe noises in our room, even late at night. The door lock also felt loose, which didn’t feel very secure. At night we called the front desk asking if they had hot water and tea bags available, but...

"Room was clean and so was hotel. Good location as well. However, breakfast was not free which I thought it was, so that was a little misleading. Also, parking was a headache. Parking was not free, 11.50 per day and I had to go online thru some website to sign in to pay for it. Hard to do and was unnecessary and unanticipated. Also, wifi was hard to sign in as well. Hilton should be better."

There is a desk and chair in the room, but the height of the battered chair was so low, that you couldn't use it to sit at the table (it couldn't be adjusted, either). "Room was clean. Heating/AC unit rattled constantly while heating, was fine while running. Parking lot was posted "park at your own risk." Not exactly reassuring, consider putting the parking lot under camera surveillance and posting as such."
