"We had an amazing stay. The staff and owners couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, the location is amazing with such good snorkelling and diving right off the beach, the food was top quality, and our spacious room (we had the Buddha room) was spotless. We're definitely going back!"

(Some drilling/grinding upstairs from my room, and chiseling and hammering for installation of new pavers by the pool) but to be expected given the situation when only 17 of 100+ rooms are in operation! Also, the front approach/sign could have used a bit of cleaning/pressure washing and the breakfast...

"Great quiet location just outside of the main city, resort rooms were private but plenty of people in common areas (went in off season). Kids club was a huge letdown - zero kids and the indoor and outdoor area was dusty (literal dust on a box of toys brought out for my daughter). Babysitting through kids club was 1000vatu and staff were lovely but could have been more atmosphere there. Front staff were helpful when you made requests but could have more training in supporting patrons with...

"I would like a refund for the accommodation. The property was not as advertised. There was no operating restaurant. The room was unclean The shutters on the windows broken. Overall very unsatisfactory and not what was represented. I would like my $1200 money returned."
