"The smoke detecter went off while I was in shower. I had to put pajamas and go out to front desk. She call for someone and no one came.
The manager never called back when I was told she would call.
Unacceptable for the huge price"

"The staff were incredibly amazing, specifically Kristy!! We were offered with great restaurant recommendations. Our room was dusty and the floors looked as though they were not mopped or vacuumed. We were very surprised there was no fan in the bathroom and whenever we took a shower, there was A LOT of water leaking out of the shower - YIKES!! It indicates here our stay was from March 15-19 - this is incorrect. Our stay was from March 16-20, 2026. The location of this property was ideal...very...

"We had not stayed in this part of town and wanted to explore a new area so I researched the hotels in the Lower East Side and decided on the Sixty LES. I was very happy with this hotel! They were extremely accommodating. We were coming from another hotel and they were happy to give us an early check-in and also upgrade our room to a high floor with an amazing view!
