"Very nice, quiet room with good AC. Great breakfast, great and friendly service. Within walking distance of good restaurants and cafes. No pool or gym, but lovely lobby area with seats and tables and refreshments. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel was nice and had a great atmosphere. I found the staff were really helpful, friendly, and attentive. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent and had all the essentials that you would expect. The location is good and it is only a 20 minute walk to the centre with plenty of places to eat very close to the hotel. "This hotel is located slightly off the beaten path for the Brussels tourist circle, but it was a good location for us (near a daily vintage market and lots of vintage clothing stores). For my usual rating points: staff: friendly and accommodating, beds: comfortable, water pressure: nonexistent :( but two out of three isn’t bad. Breakfast buffet was comprehensive if not a little oversubscribed at peak times. "

"The location is absolutely perfect, right in the middle of The Grand Place. Steps away from foodies paradise - Belgian waffle, frites and chocolate lovers places at every corner. 15 minutes away from Atomium and Mini-Europe, Manneken Pis, Gallerie St. Hubert are both steps away too. Highly recommended. Staff were amazing and the rooms are well kept and spacious. Definitely coming back to this hotel😊"

"The staff was great. My only problem was that I didn't get a room with garden view like my booking said. I ended up on the 3rd floor with a room that had a window in the roof. Which made airflow very bad in a room with no AC. I knew the hotel didn't have AC that is why I wanted a garden view room. I talked to the front desk and they told me that was a marketing error and there was nothing they could do to help me."

"The hotel lobby and our room were very clean and nicely appointed. The receptionists were are helpful in suggesting sightseeing and dining tips. The location was excellent with the Grand Place nearby and plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. Our friends had a room close to ours which made it convenient."
