"I love this hotel as it is newer, clean, beautiful views and lounge! The gym is wonderful and so is the spa. The staff at front were very friendly and helpful. However my only issue was the communication after booking was very frustrating. The hotel kept saying they would charge us 70euros a day for a cot when we never requested one and kept saying in msgs that we do not need one. "The room has no Air conditioning! The windows were open prior to our arrival the week where the temperatures were in the high 90 degrees F / 32 +C. The hotel had renovations going on. The restroom in the lobby was were workers were going in and out. It did not feel safe to use the restroom with all that activity. The bedroom was huge and bright but no ceiling fans. We were given small desktop fans with no place to keep it. We had to keep it on our suitcase and a chair. The floor was full of...

"A great location if you’re coming in by Eurostar or going to head from MIDI station to explore the rest of Belgium. A perfectly fine hotel. Can be very slow lifts in the morning. With so many great options around I’d grab breakfast somewhere else but theirs is fine."
