"This hotel is beautiful. While it is located on a busy street, and my room faced the street, it was very quiet. The location is also within walking distance to many of Brussels' cultural attractions. I highly recommend this hotel if you plan to visit Brussels. "

"Decent hotel at a good location ( Stephanie Tram stop is 2mins and Louiza Metro stop is 5 mins walk) - the decor of the hotel looks tired. The higher floor rooms are very warm on a sunny day and somehow the AC couldn’t cool it. For sustainability reasons they change sheets every 3 days but for us they didn’t even do that. The bathroom has nothing other than a body wash and shampoo. Breakfast is ok. However, the staff are very helping and courteous."

"Great hotel, location & helpful staff. Easy walking to dining, shopping and local trains. Comfortable bed, but at 6’ tall, bedding covered shoulders or feet! Lovely small dining room, good food… but enjoy the international dining options within 10 min walk. Be aware the gym is very small. Overall, enjoyed our stay."

"Sockets were quite difficult to use. Especially if you are travelling with adapters. Thankfully I have 2 different ones as this is an old hotel and one of my adapters did not fit in at all. I had an upgraded room. Quiet. Comfortable. Heated bathroom floors. Very convenient location."

"Clean hotel and great position but would not go back. One, unreliable, lift for .8 floors and the alternative was a concrete spiral staircase. Nor sure how that meets fire regs. Coffee machine in room but you get charged if you want more than 1 coffee a day. Also way too hot, couldn’t have air con on at night as the tv screen wouldn’t turn off so had to remove room card from slot"

"Very practical hotel, has everything you need. But the basics. Very clean and well cared for. Easy to access train stations and metro. Choose courtyard room if you prefer more quiet. No mini fridge in room was a disappointment for me. "

"I had a mixed experience during my stay. The construction noise at the front of the building was quite disruptive in the morning, I would suggest requesting a room at the back for future guests. More concerning, however, was the check out process. I was told I had already eaten breakfast, apparently because someone else with my room number had gone in. It was very unpleasant to feel accused of lying when I hadn't even left my room. Better verification at the restaurant is definitely needed."

"Great location. No sitting area in hotel. It’s attached to the Lloyd Coffee eatery on the main level. Noisy at night. Arrived very early. Was checked in early into an upgraded room. I got very ill my first night there… Thank you to the morning front desk clerk(I did not get her name). She came to my room to see what I needed and sourced some supplies for me as I was too ill to leave my room."

"The hotel is clean and the staff friendly and welcoming. It’s in a good location, a ten minute walk from Gare du Midi and five minutes from Grand Place. We didn’t try the breakfast and didn’t need the air conditioning. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. "

"The property has a good vibe. It is a non smoking property, but we were unable to open our windows as the smell of smoke from outside in the courtyard permeates the room as soon as you do. Walls were covered in dust which didn't add to the ambience. However, the staff is very good at the front desk. The breakfast is a great deal compared to others in the area."
