"A nice, modern clean hotel with a coffee shop, free buffet breakfast (which was really great!) and easy to access from the airport. If you arrive in Terminal 2, you have to walk a bit to get the CDGVAL which will take you directly to the hotel zone. The walkway to the hotel is covered so you won't get wet when it rains."

"Overall we appreciated the size of our executive room and the amenities such as a kettle, coffee maker and fridge. The housekeeping was reliable. We did not like how the check in is at 4pm (a recent change apparently). This leads to many arriving guests waiting in a very warm lobby with limited seating. Not a pleasant experience. Staff are more task oriented than people oriented. Some staff members were more friendly than others. Be aware that this hotel is not technically in Le Marais (3rd and 4th arrondissement) but just outside in 11th arrondissement."

"Lovely spacious accommodation. The view of the Eiffel Tower from every window was superb! Unfortunately one lift was out of order which did mean long wait times as we were on the 21st floor"
