"This is a lovely place to stay in Palermo. It is a great location, very close to the food markets and the key sites. We had such a warm welcome, as we arrived straight off the overnight train from Naples & they offered us coffee & breakfast. Also we were given our room early as it was available. The family suite with 2 bedrooms is perfect for travelling with children. Thanks for such a great stay & your hospitality!"

Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous. C’est vraiment un plus pour l’hébergement qui est bien situé dans Palerme. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse. "

"Excellent hotel close to the city centre with its pedestrianised area and attractions. Traditional and comfortable. Cosy but freshly decorated room. Hospitality tray. Comfortable communal areas. Excellent breakfast. Staff could not do too much for you. Bus from airport stopped about 150m away, so easy to access. Would thoroughly recommend."

"The room was very small and dark (not enough light to read or use the bathroom mirror), even though we booked a 'deluxe' room. There was no chair in the room, the safe and fridge cupboards had no handles, so you had to pull at the bottom of them to open them, and only one glass in the bathroom, so we couldn't take advantage of the mini bar on arrival. When we had a shower, the water ran straight out through the shower enclosure door (as there was a big gap with no seal), so we had to control the...
