"De kamer zelf is heel ruim maar de badkamer is amper 2 vierkante meter. De douchecabine is erg krap. Er is nergens plaats in de douche om iets van shampoo of douchegel te plaatsen. Er is ook zwarte schimmel op de voegen. De rolgordijnen in de kamer zijn ongeveer een halve meter te kort en kunnen dus niet het hele raam verduisteren. De matras en de kussens zijn van goede kwaliteit. Het ontbijt is erg pover. Enkel toast met choco of confituur, voorverpakte chocoladebroodjes en wat doosjes...

"The cottage is lovely and comfortable and well equipped for a family of 4. The small holding that it was on is located in a nice little village with a great pub a couple of doors away. The children loved having the alpacas close by and would go and visit them every morning. Beds were comfortable, the shower was nice and powerful. "The breakfasts were scrumptious. The beach was just below our room, with extensive views across the Cleddau estuary, with 2 swans coming in and out with the tides. The hotel staff were helpful, knowledgeable and eager to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. "

"We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. "

"The service was great, though my suggestion is that it is difficult to pair with an extended stay when you booked a short stay. The long-stay owners were extremely loud on the last day. Overall, a three-star from me, just because the service was good."
