"Super staff, excellent location! The property is dated and it shows. Breakfast spread was sufficient but not expansive and felt monotonous eating the same everyday. Overall, I’d say slightly on the expensive side but definitely a great place to explore Newquay and thereabouts from."

"I had a great stay for two nights. I enjoyed the breafasts each day very nice and freshley cooked and tbought staff were lovely. Location is noce and close to the beach for a nice eveing walk . Dinner there was also very nice . Overall i m plaesed and look forward staying again"

"The location was great, a minute from the beach. The apartment was clean and good size. We had a great time. I have not given this a five star as we didn’t have a beach view like the photos suggested we would. Also the property had no fans."

"Lovely villa and convenient location for Porth beach. We had booked for 5 but on arrival there was only bedding and towels for 4. Staff sorted this out super quickly and could not be more helpful. The pool was heated so was a good alternative to braving the freezing seas!"
