"The rooms were clean and modernized. The breakfast was superb even for vegetarians. The pool was fabulous and clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. You can’t beat this location as it’s walking distance to everything you need."

"Great place to stay, quiet and beautiful. The pools and the rest of the grounds were very nice. Very close to both Luz and Burgau, two beautiful towns with amazing restaurants and beaches. The room was good too, everything you need is there, the only issue is that we didn’t have wifi or cell reception in our room, but we used it as a good excuse to disconnect ;) Would definitely recommend."

It’s very clean, well-decorated, and modern throughout — I’m honestly not sure where some of the other negative comments online were coming from, as our experience was excellent from start to finish. Staff were polite and genuinely helpful the whole stay. Breakfast had a great selection to suit all needs. We didn’t try the evening meal so can’t comment on that, but everything else more than made up for it. We used the spa and the treatments were excellent...

"The staff were really what turned this four star experience into a five star experience (thank you very much for the room upgrade when I informed of the anniversary celebration). The staff are very helpful and courteous. Hotel has plenty of amenities. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool, the coffee station at reception, the made to order eggs and fresh orange juice being squeezed at breakfast! The rooms are tastefully designed, and you can really see how the hotel tries to make everything...
