Cari Taman Karavan di Portishead

"Excellent location close to the M5 and the Portishead Marina was a delight with good restaurants with views of the some attractive boats. No restaurant in the hotel is the only criticism."

"Lovely stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Not mentioning names for privacy, a young man on duty on morning service on 12/13 Sep 2026 needs a special mention. So helpful and took personal interest everything during the stay was ok. Property is well furnished and feels homely. Our room was spacious and well appointed. Food is of a very good quality and reasonably priced, especially the breakfast. The area is well served for restaurants and walking tours by the coast. We really enjoyed...

"Not a great experience only stay at this hotel for the ev charger and again it wasn’t working. Had to charge elsewhere which took a lot more time and money to sort. Already frustrated with the charger not working the bathroom door that wouldn’t open or close, the TV on this occasion wouldn’t cast, and the hot and cold water tap for drinks in the corridor wasn’t working, the room also had an odd shell on arrival. Really not a great experience at all. I did mention the above on departure but...

"Beware if you are thinking about booking their rooms. Telephone attendant have no idea when their reception open/closes. They told us the checkin is open until 12AM and when we reach at 11:30, there was no one - they locked and went home. Their emergency number is another joke, don’t expect anyone will help you in case of emergency at night. We cancelled our trip and went back."

"Period property with unusual layout. Should have read the breakfast instructions more carefully as this was to indicate quantity of items not just preference. Staff very helpful."
