Upon arriving at 3:53pm to sign in for reservation there was no one at counter. I had to wait more than 10 minutes with animal in crate as the employee did not check to see if guests were waiting? My stay was good. Only thing I would complain about is the iron in the room which leaked and unfortunately ruined some of my clothes.
