Check in was a nightmare. Key machine did not work and it took over an hour to get in to a room where the key only worked once. After finally getting in I was assigned a different room as we couldn’t get the key to work.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Pool was great. Breakfast was outstanding

Hyatt Place Portland Downtown - Old Port Square
Currently they’re going through renovations and they still had a great breakfast selection, clean rooms, and the nicest most friendly staff around. Bar was open and looked inviting. The location is also PERFECTION
