Rooms are decent at best. The lighting in the bathroom is very dark and dim which made it difficult to get ready in. The beds are comfortable but the sheets and comforter are pretty thin. The pantry which was advertised on the website (located on each floor) is a joke and was never stocked.

View was nice from room. Otherwise the heating system was loud, the food was meh at best (I can see why they give a credit) and parking was confusing. The staff was friendly and engaging however and the location was nice

Portland Regency Hotel & Spa
The hotel was excellent. I just wish they had told us about the $35 overnight parking charge up front. Every time we needed the car we had to tip the valet and then the overnight charge was a bit much.
