The hotel was very very clean, it's new so it should be. Check in was a little different, you need to down load the OpenKey app so you can get in your room. This wasn’t the most upscale place. In fact it was a little dated but it is perfect if you are going to an event or concert at Thompson’s point and for the price it is exactly as expected.
