"Eric and everyone at the front desk were so helpful!"

"The receptionist front desk Damascus was great and very helpful make the check in easy and offer all the amenities the location have to offer."

"Housekeeping threw away my bag of receipts that I had in a Carhartt bag next to my luggage and I had a rose next to my luggage and that was taken and thrown out by housekeeping."

"Overall the staff was nice, the room was very quiet, and the bed was one of the best we’ve stayed in at a hotel. Our shower did have quite a bit of black mold unfortunately, and the on-site restaurant was really bad. The food we received was stone cold both times we went and the restaurant itself had no heat during our stay."

"Easy check-in! Very comfortable room!"

"Those sets of doors separating the two hallways were so annoying and kept me up almost all night opening and slamming over and over again. The moment I walked in there was some jazz playing at low level on the radio and I just left it for the majority of my stay. The bathroom has a clawfoot bathtub with a shower I've only ever seen in the movies. I dont think I've seen a better web app experience for a hotel. When it comes to having all...

"clean place & accommodating staff would stay again for sure"

"Really nice staff and hotel. Valet parking was easy. Nice restaurants nearby."
