I regret to say that my stay at this hotel was unsatisfactory, and I cannot recommend it.
Upon arrival, I noticed a note with my key cards explaining that housekeeping must be requested in advance, but this wasn't communicated during check-in. I made the request, but on the second day, my room hadn't been cleaned—no fresh towels, no bed making. The front desk cited short staffing as the reason, which I understand, but not providing basic amenities like towels is unacceptable. I had to pick up towels myself from the front desk. Additionally, I observed the housekeeper frequently on her phone, further delaying cleaning.
The room itself was disappointing. The carpets had a strong unpleasant odor. The lighting was poor, and there were only two lights in the room, creating a dark atmosphere. The bathroom amenities were low quality, with soap that barely lathered, unpleasant-smelling shampoo and conditioner, and no shower gel. When I requested toothpaste, I was given a messy packet instead of a tube.
The checkout process was also rigid. I requested a simple 10-minute extension, but the front desk refused, showing a lack of flexibility.
Between the lack of housekeeping, poor room condition, and unhelpful service, this hotel did not meet basic expectations. I will not be returning and cannot recommend it.
