The room was clean overall. Most of the time it was quiet, except after 7 AM. The only other noise was the elevator operation, which is about as noisy as my house's furnace when it operates. Portland Harbor Hotel
Staff was very accommodating and assisted us with a change in rooms due to barking dogs. Beautiful accommodations, easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.
