Harlow Hotel
I was overcharged compared to my booking price and it was not resolved in the 4 days I stayed. There was no mini fridge available in the room, and the advertised towel warmer in the bathroom did not work. Canopy by Hilton Portland Pearl District
They were out of half of the breakfast menu, no to go containers and very short staffed. The majority of the staff we encountered were not concerned about taking care of their guests or making sure we had what we needed. Would not stay here again.
