The Hoxton, Portland
"The hotel is in the worst part of Portland. They have no parking unless you pay an $80 valet fee. This you have to pay since there is no parking in the streets unless you want to risk parking in an area full of junkies and thieves. The Hoxton knows this, hence the ridiculous “valet fee” plus tip! ..."
