"This is my fourth stay at the Grand Hotel. I appreciate it for so many things such as clean rooms, friendly staff, and great location. My only gripe is the rooms are so large, if you get a room at the end of the hall, expect a bit longer walk to get to the lobby. This will not deter me from staying there in the future !!!"

"This is my second time staying at this motel. Everything was great, check in went smoothly and quickly. The shower head is made for someone taller (I'm not that thin and felt like I had to run around in the shower to get wet) but otherwise the amenities were good for a motel. For some reason the road noise seemed really loud this time--might recommend bringing earplugs. Other than that, I'd definitely stay here again."

"This is a pleasant place to stay—everything is clean and comfortable, and the staff is very helpful. The pretty courtyard in the center is a nice place to gather with friends and family. Their own bar/restaurant is staffed by friendly people, and it’s just across a small parking lot to a great bagel shop, a Starbucks, Chinese food, and a renown pizza restaurant, making it hard to decide what to eat while staying there. "I have always stayed at the best western hotel / very nice place and staff- this was my first time in this one though and the only thing I wish they can change is the breakfast schedule for weekends- since I had things to do early in the weekends I noticed the restaurant wasn’t open yet - weekends they open at 7am - weekdays 6am . Since I left at 6:20am in the weekend I did not get to eat - besides that I do recommend this hotel in this town - very clean though"

"Breakfast was good. The lady in the mornings is very sweet and helpful. Excellent location. The key card stopped working an hour before check-out, so I got distracted trying to get a new one. I left my new box fan near the door of my room and didn't receive my deposit back because of it. Stayed 8 nights."

"Parking was easy and plenty. The rooms shower curtain rod was barely hanging onto the wall and at such a bad angle you could close the shower curtain. Would have liked complementary shampoo & conditioner. Had issues with the TV, but staff was very quick and friendly to get it up and running."
