"Had to contact the police after being locked out of my room with some of my belongings inside.
During check-in, I had multiple calls with staff, who were slow to respond, frequently put me on hold, and repeatedly asked me to explain the situation again. The door lock battery was dead, so I was told to find a spare key. Unfortunately, after opening the door, the door locked itself again with the key inside.
