Agreable sejour mais communication a revoir

Tres agreable sejour dans un appartement tres propre, le petit dejeuner etait bon malgré quil ne varie pas. Quelques remarques a faire par rapport a la communication : L'hotel indique lors de la réservation de les prevenirs en avance en cas d'arrivée apres 18h00. Nous avions une arrivee a 23h00. Le sachant 1 mois a l'avance jai tenter a multiple reprise de les prevenirs mais sans reponses. Arriver le Jour J pas de nouvelles concernant l'enregistrement, il a fallu les harceler 4 fois par téléphone et mon ami 4 fois également pour avoir une reponse. Nous avons etait déçu sur ce sujet, heureusement que le sejour cest bien passer. Autre chose qui nous a surpris, cest l'entrée du personnel dans la chambre sans toquer pour deposer le petit dejeuner ou faire le menage .. Mais l'hébergement lui meme est super ! Je dirais qu'il faudrait seulement revoir la communication

El lugar esta nuevo y limpio impoluto, aun olía a pintura. El personal nos estuvo esperando a la llegada en la puerta y estuvo bien, pero es fácil de encontrar y nos dieron indicaciones por correo antes de ir para acceder en caso de llegar demasiado tarde. La única pega es que el ascensor no funciona y si alguien va en silla o muletas puede resultar un problema, aunque este no era nuestro caso. Para aparcar hay un parking cerca que a nosotros nos cobró 15€/día, en la calle es fácil de aparcar por la zona, pero hay estacionamiento regulado que es gratuito el domingo, festivos y sábados por la tarde.

Viaje a Oporto

Apartamento agradable, bien situado y todo nuevo. Esta al final de la calle comercial más importante de Oporto y a 20 minutos andando de los monumentos más significativos de la ciudad. El personal muy amable. Además, tuvimos que volvernos al tercer día por problemas familiares graves y se portaron muy bien. Muchas gracias por todo. Buena ubicación

Los apartamentos son nuevos y están en perfecto estado y son bonitos. La ubicación es muy buena, ya que está en la calle comercial, y con un parking cerca, que si pagas por adelantado sale económico. Las pegas a la estancia son que el ascensor no funciona y no nos limpiaron el apartamento ni un solo día, cuando se supone que la limpieza es diaria.

La struttura è moderna, ben arredata, fornita di tutto il necessario sia nel cucinotto che nel bagno. Spazio abbastanza confortevole, bel terrazzo. Credo che fosse appena ristrutturata e quindi tutto molto bello. L'unico problema, non indifferente, che abbiamo avuto riguarda l'ascensore. Non funzionava e, pertanto, ci siamo dovuti fare sempre ben cinque piani a piedi che considerata la nostra età non più tanto giovane, ci ha anche un pò limitato negli spostamenti. Altro piccolo neo riguarda una non chiara definizione del servizio di pulizia. Nel sito, infatti, veniva indicato fra i servizi compresi nel prezzo ed invece non sono mai venuti a pulire. Comunque la struttura è molto pulita. Nel complesso, però, nel momento in cui funzionerà l'ascensore ci sarà un ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualità

Qualidade excelente para repetir certamente!!

Os apartamentos são excelentes e tudo com muita qualidade tudo muito bonito e arranjado, a localização muito boa pois estamos muito perto do cilo auto onde se pode deixar o carro e estamos em plena baixa da Cidade do Porto. É um alojamento que certamente recomendo!!! O único inconveniente na estadia foi ficar no 3 andar e o elevador ainda não estava a funcionar o que foi pena.

Apartamento nuevo, estancia tranquila.

Apartamento nuevo, a estrenar, al final de la calle Comercial Sta Catarina. Muy acogedor y tranquilo, con enseres básicos para cocinar, horno y microondas. Tiene buenos detalles (como un buen secador de pelo), aunque debido a ser tan nuevo, echamos en falta alguna cosa como una escoba y un recogedor o una balleta para el fregadero. Está situado a unos 20 minutos de la Ribeira. En la calle hay aparcamiento con zona azul, pero a 500 metros hay un parking de pago muy grande. Como único inconveniente, durante nuestra estancia, el ascensor no funcionaba.

很新，十分清潔，只時電梯壞了，入大門前沒有燈，熱水比較難控制，水壓足夠時很熱，暖的時候水壓不足，水龍頭有漏水情況！
