"Stayed for 2.5 weeks while I was visiting for school. Staff was great and extremely. There arent elevators, I checked in very late one night after having a delayed flight. The front desk staff member kindly helped me with my luggage. Very sweet of her."

"We felt like we were staying in an elegant, but extremely comfortable home. It looks just like the photos. We stayed in the Renoir Suite for 4 nights and it was beyond our expectations. Lots of room. Beautifully decorated. Comfy bed and sheets/blankets. The continental breakfast had wonderful pastries. The cooked breakfast was very savory. It's not far from the airport. Melinda was very helpful in keeping in touch and answering questions. The beach is very close as are many great places to eat....

"Everything was great except breakfast part of our stay. The guests waited behind several staff members filling plates to get their breakfast. Then guests were standing around with no hot items, fruit, muffin or bread items left. We ended up going out for breakfast, there are plenty of places to go nearby. "The property is location is amazing walking distance to almost everything in downtown Palm Beach, who were able to walk around to the shops the beach and other hotels. Victoria and the front desk was amazing. They will provide you with beach chairs, umbrellas, snacks drinks, which was such a huge plus. They have a great café next-door in the courtyard, which was delicious! even after checking out you can still use some of the hotel facilities. The hotel is 100 years old so keep that in mind,...
