"Really bad wifi"

"The room was clean and neat.set up had everything you needed.Check in was smooth.However when asked for WiFi password was told was in my email confirmation.I did not have any info.So I emailed for info on the TV and WiFi but still have not heard back.For check out did not have instruction so had to call property for info.the staff did end up arriving for check out.Overall the studio flat did us well as it was just a weekend."

"When I first arrived I was amazed with the beauty of the hotel and its location. Stunning sea views and Mountain view’s on the other side. Was disappointed with the no wifi. My room was very huge and I loved that. Had one of the best AC units from any of my previous hotel stats. My bathroom door was broken, had stains left on the lap shade and bin. "Honestly, the his place is so dirty, it’s unbelievable. The furniture is substandard and the TV doesn’t have basic channels like CNN. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Côte d’Azur. We were welcomed warmly and especially enjoyed Siswe, the gentleman at reception. The apartment was so beautiful and clean and had everything we could have needed. Keep in mind that in South Africa, there are no electrical plugs in bathrooms "

"Staff support lacking. Only one bath towel. No hand towel T/v not working. Air con not working No wifi service. "

"We only stayed briefly but loved it. The team were all very accommodating and loved the furnishings. Would have loved to have had AC in the room but a large fan was provided. "

"After 25 hours travel from Norway, we were met by a friendly host. He offered us a better room than we had booked. He also recommanded a nice resturant in walking distance from the lodge. We had a wonderful seafood meal. And we had a good night sleep in the lodge. Villa Tropicana was a peaceful place in our shart stay in Margate. Asle, Norway."

"Place needs a serious upgrade, please INSPECT property as your credibility as hotels.com is on the line! There were cockroaches in room, they only sprayed doom and next day we as guests had to stay in the room. I have used this website for 12 yrs and have never been so horrified at the state of a hotel and the way they handled this issue. Please investigate!! "
