"This a dated hotel but hot water, comfortable bed, air conditioning and LOCATION make it all worth it. I have stayed here many times and I love the staff. They are all (always) so helpful and kind. "Wonderful staff and exceptional manager! Only issue was tub drained slow and needed to be cleared, along with the sink and there was some long hair strands stuck to the wall behind the bathroom waste basket. BUT these were extremely MINOR and the CARE AND KINDNESS OF TYE STAFF made me not only feel welcome but safe and slept WONDERFULLY! I will absolutely stay here again! Thank you to the outstanding staff for your kindness and professionalism. "

"It’s close to the Disneyland parks, less than a mile walk to the entrances. The hotel itself is a bit outdated but we only need it to sleep. No water machine or ice to refill your water bottles however the staff provided water bottles. It was nice to receive a complimentary drink when we arrived. Staff was friendly. "

"Family friendly. The different towers and entrances were a little confusing. The guy who checked me in didnt explain the parking or that there were different towers. Gave me a key and said take any elevator to the fifth floor. We checked in later in the day so the parking was scarce. We ended up in the second tower, our key worked to open the door into the side entrance...went into the hotel to our room number and the key didnt work.
