"The room we stayed in had hair left in the bathroom all on the floor and in the shower. There was ripped hole on our pillow case. Also the spa services were alot harder to book than what was advertised. Overall it's about a 3/5 stars from me."

"It was great. Elisabeth was very helpful and let us check in early as we arrived early in the day. The location was great - it was just off from the Piazza and was close to lots of restaurants, bars and a taxi rank. I would stay again - the aircon was also a blessing!"

"This hotel is located in the center of Grado near the grand canal. It is very close to dozens of restaurants and shops and 10 min walk to 2 public beaches. Hotel staff was very efficient and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful (typical Italian fare). Parking, albeit limited and tight, is available in a secure area accessible from the hotel’s lobby. Recommend getting a junior suite; the less expensive rooms are very small. "
